Applications and Annulment Actions Against Administrative Acts
When an administrative authority issues an “administrative act” such as the revocation of a teaching licence, a decision of the State of Emergency Inquiry Commission, or an administrative fine, and you believe that this act is unlawful, there are two main avenues available: first applying to the administration through an objection or complaint, or directly filing an annulment action before the administrative courts.
